It looks like they have been around since at least 2013. Bad on us investors who didn't find them sooner.

Listen to this audio which says they were one of the special 50 startups spotlighted at the North American Car show. So CoolTech was running around charging tiny cars.

This company is claiming they are the "only ones" also. But at least they are getting government (military, DOE, and state) dollars.
