I've posted 2 or 3 times now that this could be an RM play just as Nudie suggests. With Raul not replying to emails makes me think his hands are tied because there could be a change coming at the top. May have something to do with the "Latino" Pr from December 20th. In any case, I don't think we are dead in the water as long as they come through with a 1st quarter Vape store like their pr said about a Latino market. BUT WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE OF ARCS INVESTOR RELATIONS SHOULD DEFINITELY GIVE THE SHAREHOLDERS AN UPDATE AS FAR AS HOW THINGS ARE PROGRESSING. WHAT THE HECK IS THE BIG SECRET???
