Otcshortreport's a discredited "Click-Bait" site, intentionally misrepresenting meaningless intra-day MM order processing "volume" as short "interest/sales".

Short interest/sales (borrowed & sold) comes from FINRA, http://otce.finra.org/ESI
And reposted here, sometimes lagging posting the most recent period.

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
