In my opinion. For whatever reason, "Someone" is trying to get a count/feel of how many "little guy" shares are owned. Perhaps a to manufacture a legal battle to get a cut? Perhaps to see if they can somehow be financially strained/squeezed out? Force a settlement? Who knows for sure. But one should be cautious in my opinion. If you look at some of the players & lawyers involved and some of their other cases, they haven't been so nice to shareholders. I do believe we'll be tested.
