You mention that Silex Int owns 129 million of 176 million OS, David Malley has 11 million restricted shares. Then Ron Brewer has 10 million shares and John Rabbit 3 million shares. On top of that you have float of 37 million shares.

Why would Silex have such a big position when the Software Company will blow their profits away? How did they acquire the Software Co? They have zero cash but gave them no shares?
