Here's another supporting IBM inference from the Sept 28, 2016, PR, "...announced today that it has received its first commercial full-rate production order..." Is it too much to assume that "full-rate" is the same rate as the NAVY? It's a short PR and mentions, "Expanding the Largo facility’s light manufacturing and integration services for commercial customers is a key component of our long-term growth strategy,” said Mark Laureigh, Mikros Systems director of operations."
The lack of detail coupled with "expanding" seems to imply it's a big company who demands secrecy for now. Then the next PR was the photo of Chairman Casner and Pres Meaney looking at a couple trays of electronic parts. IBM is only beginning to roll. It won't be long we all will be paying very close attention to the Annual Report wording and the dollar accounting.
