Good evening shareholders,

The time has come that I need to step down.

The SEC investigation is over and I am signing my deal next week.

No findings of me making a dollar as it will state-WOW shocker right again

Stock will not be suspended or put in the greys-Again no surprise

But my deal is I will no longer be involved in MNGG going forward and a new CEO will be put in place this week.

So good luck people and I can say one thing I won't be back and let the other board beat up the new guy because no change in company still in gold mining but won't be in Arizona or any land deals I was involved with in the states and Ghana is still in the company
