Your guess is as good as mine.

From outward appearance, there is nothing that appears "sticky" about this hedge fund that gobbled up 37%+ of the initial offering. They've got between $1B and $2B AUM. They certainly don't have a track record like a pension fund, i.e., they are active traders by comparison:
