I am going to post this one more time!!!!!

Now you tell me a CEO doesn't know the difference in this acquisition

can put us into a position to make a stronger deal than it enabled us

to make a strong deal? I just don't believe Merritt is that stupid. He

clearly says it enabled IDCC to make a strong deal with ZTE. If I make

a strong deal with a car dealer, a builder, or anyone else there is a

signed agreement for the product or the services. No way you make a

strong deal in the wireless business and have no signed agreement. Hell

look at LG they signed even to pay for 3G and didn't so was that a strong

deal? Or a deal with a weasel that wanted a good deal on 2G and then

quit paying for 2G as in order to get a paid up 2G license they had to

agree on a 3G license and the sorry SOB'S lied and didn't pay. Hence a

STRONG DEAL to me means they have a iron clad deal.

Once again Merritt's comments.

So I will give you as an example as a result of the relationship

with Hillcrest we were to be able to drive a strong deal with the ZTE.

This is clear as clear can be we were able to drive a strong deal with

ZTE. In no way does it implicate this could or may result in a stronger

deal but a strong deal was accomplished.
