Newbie, one more thing for now: Lamperd Less Lethal Receives Continued Product Orders and Welcomes New Distributors

SARNIA, ON--(Marketwired - February 21, 2017) - Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. (OTC: LLLI) is continuing to book new sales of the company's advanced security products with three purchase orders being received last week. One of these orders came from a previously established distributor and the other two came from two new distributors.

If those purchase orders were of a "material" dollar amount (which at this time, in my opinion, based on the recent 3Q revenue number, means purchase orders of $100K or more), then the Company I believe has an obligation to state that in an/the 8-K, to notify the public because, I state again, that would be a material dollar amount and not more of the same/recent revenue numbers.
They did not, which tells me that it's more four or five digit sales. I hope it's more though, of course! But I have to doubt it.
I hope i'm proven wrong in the upcoming 10-K!!
