blue chip companies do not buy shell corporations. it is cheaper to create one. shell corporations are typically, but not always, bought by entities wishing to cover their tracks, or for other nefarious reasons.

hence, i smell corruption.

and please people, please stop insulting each other. i did not insult anyone´s opinion or strategy. and you reply with vitriolic "you must not know" and "dumbest". play nice, ladies and gentleman, play nice.
