Its not about being "worried", its about being proactive and working towards achieving fair value for the company ASAP, so they can accelerate their expansion, with a lower cost to shareholders. There is no benefit to long shareholders or the company sitting at a low valuation, relative to their peers... Its a detriment to all involved, especially if they need to dilute for some reason.

IMO someone is using the low interest/wide spread to manipulate the stock for the past week+. We go hours without a sale on the Bid, then someone hits the Ask and a sellers instantly slaps the Bid right after?! Why do they wait for a buy on the Ask to sell on the Bid, unless they are trying to keep the negative momentum intact?

If i were CEO and my stock was worth less than the revenue we are generating, i would take it personally... A buyback makes sense when you are profitable and trading at extremely undervalued levels and would put any manipulator in check.... Just because you announce your intentions to buyback, does not mean you actually have to do it. Just put the option out there and take back the control of your stock.
