Maybe Im not understanding the situation. If VHUB is meeting with Magnavape, why not try to sell the company to them for a higher price than the PLY offer in lieu of litigation? That way Magnavape gets something for their money and VHUB shareholders get a better deal. Again, maybe Im not understanding thsi situation correctly.I dont know anything about Magnavape.
