Financials? Does Saleen even have an Accountant working for them?
I think their Weinberg CPA firm broke up with Saleen by now.
Questions investors need to ask Saleen:
1. When is Saleen going to publish their 10-K that was
due on June 30th 2016?
2. When is Saleen going to publish their 10-Q that was
due on August 15th 2016? & October 15th 2016?

3. When is Saleen going to publish their 10-Q that was
due on February 15th 2017?

4. When is Saleen going to publish their 8-K's that
we're due at multiple times during 2016 when their
were significant changes occurring? S7 Auction,
New Financing Arrangement, Key Employee & BOD
changes.
5. Did Saleen Hire a new CFO? Who? When?
If not, who is preparing the financial statements &
sending them to the CPA firm & the SEC?
6. Did Saleen keep the same CPA firm? Weinberg,
CPA's? Are they reviewing the financial statements
now?
7. How is Saleen going to fix their late filing issues
with the SEC?
8. If the financials reflect good news, why is Saleen
NOT reporting them to the SEC & shareholders?
9. How did Saleen fund the S7 Asset purchase from
the auction?

I will be surprised if anyone at Saleen answers any questions and I will be even more surprised if Saleen EVER reports their financials to the SEC again. It's too late. They are TOO FAR BEHIND to ever catch-up with their reporting. Saleen lost it's CFO and probably could not retain their Weinberg CPA firm after this much time. The cost for Saleen to produce and audit over a year's worth of financial statements and report at the level of detail required by the SEC will be very, very expensive. Also, the CPA firm knows the SEC & Shareholders will be closely analyzing the results so they must take precautions and be very accurate and complete.

With no financials coming, the share price will eventually fall back to .0001. No amount of PR releases can overcome the missing financial information investors need to make buy decisions. Also,Eventually, the SEC will get around to Delisting SLNN in my opinion. They really have no choice.
