It as the US EPA that squashed the first environmental review. The state has moved forward--albeit slowly and with endless comment periods. Dayton has said that as long as PLM has the capital to ensure a strong financial commitment for both during their mining activity and after it will be a go. You would think that with copper rising and deregulation that this stock would show some potential but it may simply be over-diluted.
