Yup they do. And a lot of times they never really get sold. Its like they keep em all cert form. I believe on their exchanges they have even more huge OSs but their stocks trade .20s to .70s etc.

Your stock trades are your own responsibility. No one forces you to make the trade. Always take responsibility for your own decisions and you will never have anyone else to blame
