LOL, so the States have authority over the Fed. Yeah right. Not in this matter.
C´mon do your homework.
Obama said he was ordering the DEA to back off states that had legalized Med/Rec use and the Fed never tested their authority over states that had voted to legalize.
Just as so many of Obama's Executive Orders etc... have been overturned within the first month, so too can this order that was never ever tested.
The Fed never granted the states the right to legalize. Last time I checked MJ is still a Schedule 1 substance and that's by a Federal agency.
