$YIPI had to do what it had to do to keep the awesome magna from destroying its company- like magna has done to a bunch of others. the money that $YIPI borrowed is getting paid back- butt not in shares- and that is a win for $YIPI CEO and $YIPI shareholders. i'm sure that is all that was wanted from the $YIPI CEO anyway - and that's what happened. onward and upward from here.
