Again..you miss the point just the previous person who attacked me...I am not challenging anyrhing you say...I am pointing out that giving dividends in another company, and the fact those dividends are restricted, and in my experience will never trade is nothing more than a bs enticement to sell more stock.
I can show you a screen shot of my portfolio going back more than 15 years.
It is full of restricted stock given as dividends and to this date none of them have ever traded and remain restricted.
Don't be so naiive.
