I spent a good hour zooming in on all the buildings nearby and there is nothing that shows any sort of office or space dedicated to the company.

Man...what started in my eyes as a company full of promise has really turned into a means for concern. I've spent countless hours DD-ing KALY, and really thought initially that this was a great opportunity. But then I saw all the selling, and discovered that Yawn paid 200 million shares to buy Wave Marine from one of his close buddies, Alan Tucker--they are Facebook pals and comment on each other's posts. At .01, that's 2 million for a boat maintenance company. The selling started at about .08, so it's a lot more than that.

They do not return emails or phone calls. I for one want to know who Harbormaster Development is. They only show up in KALY PR's during a web search. I think it's a fake company set up by Yawn and his buddies.

And what exactly are they doing in Puerto Rico? After one trip they discover that the 10 million dollar project is now 30 million, and hey let's get in to the MJ business now. A passing thought ends up in a PR? Really? Just because another MJ company has a name with their ticker in it?

Not bashing...I still hold. But I have nothing more to lose right now. I want full disclosure!

I truly hope I'm being paranoid and that KALY eventually rises to the top. But for now, I feel the need to disclose everything I find, good or bad.
