This company has done everything it has stated to date.
The release states also lowering the OS, which it has done twice to date.

The dividend was noted it august when deal was an LOI, and then when closed in October.

The values will adjust , likely KGKG reflecting its new asset.

I think the DD will be available to all who ask prior to effective date. My guess is shares will carry some time restrictions,

But all transparent and in line with earlier releases.
