LT and others: should we find some consolation in this verbiage describing George Miller's responsibility as the trustee:

"...analysis and prosecution of fraudulent conveyances and insider and preference actions, analysis and objection of claims..."

Sounds like his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders is a serious one. The listing of all steps on the website status page also suggests that we won't suddenly see a notice that someone bought the IP and it is case closed.

I am not sure if checking the status page regularly would be the same as paying for the Pacer service.
