Considering I have been at this predating AOL mailing out CDs and while investors were still getting stock quotes from the previous days closing in the morning paper, I have seen quite a bit.

Recently, I have seen one issuer who was revoked in 9 months, one who I was proactive with. The issuer at the time ensured investors they have been active in dialogue with the SEC's Department of Enforcement. Evidently, that did not help matters as they are revoked and "Symbol Not Found".
