No Doubt I don't understand someone selling this cheap on a 10-12Mil Floater that was Trading between $1-$2 Bux in 2014 before their hiatus.

I checked too & in 2014 the Float was 8-9Mil so just a tad bit lower than now & someones is selling in the .04-.05 area?
Makes no sense...
