I know you are familiar to the specific laws and regs but simply asking your honest opinion on the general ethos and real world practices of the regulator when it comes to companies in the position of Cardinal – that go for long periods “bending the rules”. My sense from reading the (DDSandFR) and other boards is that Cardinal is by no means safe but not a big offender either – not a candidate at this juncture. I’m sure KJ has given them his best assurance and to which may be a crucial factor in their prioritizing.
