What Unicorns has the company presented it was trying to accomplish? This transaction is a good move in the right direction with a simple asset sale and merging with a seemingly shell (not sure the true status of the second company so don't quote me if its not shell).

I am sure the process is taking a touch longer then expected for many of the reason you have posted about for the last 3 or 4 years now. I believe the final removal of all things keevil will help to speed up the process. Seems to me the last elements keep Scott here have now ben resolved and we are free to move forward.
