But their big mistake was claiming the DID retire these shares. That will cost them more time in the pokey when all is said and done. Shows how dumb they really were as whereas they never intended to retire anything the fact they stated they did retire 54 BILLION and then a few days later another 2.5 BILLION they could have and should have just said they planned on retiring. But nopr they claimed they were retired. Attention management all we have to do is go to the SOS website and get the up to date A/S number which is still 65 BILLION.
