Never mind these ingenious Financial Arrangements Benny has concocted that can be critcizied until the cows come home but the failure to bring such a Sweetheart Deal as the ZWAGBOX-MARKIPLIER COMICS to a profitable conclusion is UNFORGIVABLE!!! No one else to blame. No Toy's R Us, No Diamond, No Hulu just REDG Management. IMO That would have been the turning point that everyone was waiting for. Profits would have been coming in and a R/S would have made sense. Now with this Very Distorted O/S to A/S, can one just imagine the type of diluting TOXICS Management will have to Design in order to attract lenders. Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda---water under the bridge.
