Read the Cease and Desist Orders for BankCard Empire (where Mersky was the President) and his other companies Davidan Corp - Lajobejo, LLC.

Then Mersky takes over the share selling scheme of Henry Fong - FFFC and still hasn't informed the DRNK shareholders.

Yet, a few still think DRNK is a real company. SMH!
