Yes but WWE was still kind of at the top at ECWs height. I'm not saying TNA will surpass WWE but TNA is way to similar to the WWE product at a time where the business isn't healthy in the USA like it was in the 90s to support two rival companies. TNA needs to differentiate their product away from WWE and going to an ECW more violence and sex would do that at a time where WWE won't. Dixie carter acting like an authority figure pretty much copying WWE doesn't cut it. TNA going to more adult content might help save their sinking ship while providing content that adult fans want. I didnt at all think TNA would surpass WWE. Hell TNA is such a cluster You know what bc of Dixie carter. Cameraman waiting weeks to get paid and some talent are still owed huge sums of money. Just look at the fiasco with the smashing pumpkins dude Corgan.
