Great if they have won. Good if there is any kind of decision as that is required to eliminate uncertainty en route to a buyout. A win on zohydro patent would have the effect of making future revenues more certain, which is the cornerstone required for any buyout.

This would be great news if confirmed.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
