basic math is just that and mass generalizations are hyperbole

anyone can pull up PTOI's historical and see exactly what *volume* was undertaken in the PPS range
of 018c to 02c to 03c and so on .. and those buyers of PTOI *shares* .. are most definitely NOT under water

regardless of repetition

next *round* of interest for those who grasp nuances .. is next week (EO of Feb and then the *anniversary*
of CEs' *reset* of PTOI to 019cn from Jan 2016's 02c *reset*)

after that it gets interesting *again* .. imo .. when CEs' *reset* PTOI back last August to *coincide*
with the first $infusion re: $600,000 .. nice touch that one .. ;)
