Bloomberg has Encounter Technologies Inc at 34.068 million shares.

So I Suppose... They invested in Class A shares "with a guarrentee delivery price of .10"

My bias... You don't get to $100 shares at .10 . Though I suppose the buyer has a fixed price ...

Other bias ... Market didn't expect to run into a Scots-Irishman either...

Maybe $2-5 ... We'll see. Not like I need $250,000,000.00. However it seem to be out there.

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
