Perfect example of a paradox! Good for you!

The statement is a paradox because the last sentence contradicts the first sentence.

The best advice you could give bag-holders is to "say yer prayers!" lol

But, seriously: Consider your entire investment as lost, then if it goes up some and you are able to, actually, sell some shares, you'll consider yourself lucky!

A .0045 stock will go to .045 a lot easier than a 4.50 stock will go to $45.00
