and there is the rub .. the *proof* re: actual P2O investors' timestamps .. has always existed .. everyone with
*interest* is aware that it's not *retail* that doesn't claim legit trades or illegally manipulate/s OTC stox like PTOI by rote

it's one of the reasons why NON RETAIL *reviles* PTOI's documentation and daily tape of trades *PROvokes* CEs' angst

PTOI is an OTC SURVIVOR as P2O enters her 9th year as a pubco with an enviable share structure ..
including a TA who can be contacted *daily* for Issued/Outstanding/Restricted and Float
and P2O has a disruptive tech @ scale in an *emerging* sector with independent validation and multi year permits issued by NYSDEC

and with what current mgmt noted via 2016's 3 Shareholder Updates .. *change* would appear to be en route

timing is always mgmt's to *control* .. but i do find it telling that P2O now *controls* PTOI vs NON RETAIL .. ;)

btw .. apparently it's a volume day .. for PTOI

interesting to note the *splits* on the trades and NN's relo on ask from 04c to 05c .. right in front of VNDM
(note VNDM's elastic 10000 sized ask in place since last August's infusion of funds via LL et al and just one
actual P2O investor's *pick* of 1.1M PTOI *shares* over 6 weeks .. last week of August to first week of Oct ..
requiring a non trigger of reg sho .. ;) .. with VNDM's reporting for NN in Oct 2016)

i have to say i'm beyond curious as to the *actual* volume it will take to *trigger reg sho on PTOI for a 3rd time*
