......we estimate the capital level has dropped from the $350mm level before the collapse to about $175mm, now...............SEIZURE level, imo......and might go down further................

......EVEN if a miracle happens and GS brings in fresh capital........existing shareholders iz gonna get DILUTED.....down to $2-$3, p/s............imo.....................

....and the institutions which have held FNBC cannot when the s/p is under $5..........they are all liquidating, at this moment................
