A few tiny paints slapped .0003, so in my book that does not count as reaching .0003 since no one really was able to sell there. I just never understand people who hate and cry about .0001 lotto tickets. It is a gamble that is at best a coin-flip, no one ever said this was the next google. Betching about a tic down at these levels is petty.
