LOL! The $225k bonus when the company never had a profitable quarter.

Schadel found it was much easier to sell shares than build a real business.

Then there was one of my all time favorite OTCM CEO stories - Schadel and the infamous 1 Billion share certificate. What was funny the A/S was never reduced as promised.
