Seems more than a little murky to me. In the patent oxis 4235 is described as a small molecule. The agreement civers oxs 4235, an antibody drug conjugate. I am not sure they are the same thing and can't be bothered right now. In any event Oxis has zero money, if you read the filings you no further obligation on either side. We will never know about MCIT, they report nothing. No money from Oxis, nobody to pay.
