Good question. I guess we can E-mail Lori or call the Labs to see when it will be implemented. If they have to carry a mass spectrometer around in a mobile lab they may need an 18 wheeler to haul the thing around. The last time I saw one was in the 80's was at NCR's chip factory at Rancho Bernardo, CA.
Microbiology is a different story, it takes about a week grow molds in a petri dish...there you may have to subcontract that job.
