LMAO, No I was at the meetings. There was no letter from the DEQ and the reason I suspect there is no link that can be provided for a letter that doesn't exist.

Insisders are buying and they just raised 7.9 million in financing. It's a sure thing and investors know it. 24% of the offering was purchased by insiders.

The only thing sketchy is this so called letter that doesn't exist.
