Everyone -- I believe Bob Ferris was clear during the shareholders meeting when he spoke about implementing greater transparency in 2017, including SEC registration and guidance at some point AFTER registration. TEEROY is exactly correct about the requirement to not actively promote during the period of registration. Since we know the 2016 audit is well underway I think we can expect the registration statement will be filed some time after the audit is complete.

I believe once VirTra is registered with the SEC and subject to the Exchange Act all shareholders will have substantially more visibility. If VirTra moves to a listed exchange I believe all shareholders will benefit from guidance that is the norm for listed companies.
