I think it could certainly be worthwhile to sue Zuoan to recover some assets and to finally get something to show for all the money investors have lost by buying their stock.
I'm interested in knowing how the group of investors you're a part of, to sue the other company, was formed?
I would certainly consider filing a lawsuit, but I'm quite reluctant to go at it alone.
Also, do you have to spend much of your time on this lawsuit you're involved in, or is everything handled directly by your lawyer?
