Adamson not only was convicted of credit card fraud - but has a $50k judgment against him for selling knock-off purses.

Then he gets HJOE suspended - he provided the SEC with a fake address and didn't file any financial information for over 2 years.

The SEC did the ultimate ban hammer and revoked HJOE.

Adamson is pretty much worthless.
