It was ok for Cowan, an accounting company dealing with the public, to,

Violate the independence rules

Violate the rule where they were required to notify TAUG immediately of the breach

Violate the where they should have assisted TAUG in every way to cure the breach

Violate the rules by affirming to TAUG that they could reissue the bad audit

Charge TAUG 25k for violating the rule that they could reaudit

Violate the public policy rules, ethic rules and virtually every other rule regarding conduct

Violate the transfer of work papers rules, and ignore TAUGs requests for the work papers

And now again, they are trying to get a judge to protect them from public scrutiny despite complaints filed with the Board of Accountancy and PCAOB and despite similar requests being rejected by a previous Court.

Why doesn't Cowan's proposed order show up on Pacer
