I think your numbers maybe correct, and where I posted how ETF Share are created from that link of how ETF shares are created - Just read the Filing with the SEC for this https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1467831/000114420417009539/v459698_485apos.htm

50 pages that usually takes me a double read of the page if not a triple read of a paragraph to understand it, at least thinking I under stand it and can move on from there

So as to the link about creating (1) ETF Share - Link calls out (1) Share of 69 Company's make (1) ETF Share but after reading the SEC filing https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1467831/000114420417009539/v459698_485apos.htm

It ain't that way

You can read the filing (please someone that know this stuff please skim "Unit Creation" and check my thinking)
But in a nut-shell (no pun intended), ETF shares are "Unit Creation", have to make 50,000 ETF Shares when doing so, and at $102.41 a ETF Share on Fridays Close, thats a $5,120,500 "Unit Creation" for 50,000 ETF Shares, doesn't have to be a (1) share of each 69 Company's, but does have to be about the Combined Market Cap of all 69 Company's the ETF Fund sets as the % held of the Total, be it 5% or 10% of Combined Market Cap, but get this, the ETF Fund doesn't even have to have (1) share of a Company Listed in the ETF Fund, granted they have shares of each of the 69 Company's, but say (1) or a couple company's are struggling and Fund can see that and they bail, or maybe they see another couple ETF listed Company's gonna BLO to Mars, they'll sell the losers and buy the winners, they say they won't hurt the 69 ETF Company's to benefit others in the Fund, even don't have to be (1) of the 69 Company's that make up the ETF Fund, say they find another Company that meets the guidelines and going to add it making 70 Company's or get rid of a couple (2) Company's and add (1) Company making 68 Company's now, they have 60 days to tell you of any changes, and Quarterly they file holdings

But you could be right on your share totals - They do have to hold 75% of the % held of the Combined Market Cap of the 69 Company's in Shares of the Fund and doesn't have to be any shares of the losing Company's and double or triple of the winners in the Fund, could also be other up and coming winners in their guidelines, they can even push a Company like CBIS which is .1135 per share which guidelines says Company needs to trade above .10 per share or not able to be listed in their Fund, say a new one does appear and they want to push above .10 per share, maybe that's why they have your CBIS total for the 126M shares, @ .1135 that $14M worth

Anyway that's how I read it and it needs to be probably refiled once it's Trading so we know the percentage of the Combined Market Cap they want to hold in their Fund
