Well according to your F-R predictor than this will fail. Not because of the merits or faults of the product but simply because of the market cap of this company being less than 300 million. But yet you say the stock will rise to whatever if the F-R is positive. And there hasn't been one positive result with a small cap company. So I am not understanding what you are posting?
