You'd have a valid point if this product was on the market and it had to be pulled.

It's not at that point yet, this is just part of the approval process. It would be no different than the dozens of requests that the FDA probably asked Momenta in regards to the scientific composition.

As far as Momenta's stinky shoes, you have no argument from me.
