And this is before they have launched their business platform

Once they launch it in March, I think we will see very rapid growth in the number of dispensaries and would expect the dispensary count to double by April/May

Here is how I see CITIZEN TOKE proliferating directly and indirectly through Duby --

The reason why Duby is such a good platform to advertise for dispensaries and branded product companies is because their current membership is comprised of 100,000 hard core cannabis enthusiasts, with membership growing by 20% monthly

These cannabis aficionados purchase the majority of cannabis products sold in dispensaries

So Duby will market CITIZEN TOKE to 3 different parties who use their app:

Consumers
Dispensaries
Branded Product Companies -- Snoop Dogg, Moxie, OpenVAPE, etc


One of the biggest reasons I love the partnership between Duby and CITIZEN TOKE is because it is perfectly synergistic

CITIZEN TOKE will help Duby increase their revenues and profits

AND

Duby will help CITIZEN TOKE increase their revenues and profits


Here is how I see that happening:

Retailers will pay a fee to Duby to advertise on their site
Retailers will pay a fee to CITIZEN TOKE to use their app

A dispensary being listed on Duby will drive revenue to that dispensary through the use of CITIZEN TOKE to advertise deals on cannabis products to Duby members

MJTK can take that sales data driven by the Duby/CITIZEN TOKE partnership to surrounding dispensaries who are not currently signed up with Duby or CITIZEN TOKE

By doing that, MJTK can drive dispensaries to sign up with Duby and CITIZEN TOKE, directly driving revenue to both companies

It can be a perpetual cycle of profit with dispensaries already on Duby signing up with CITIZEN TOKE and dispensaries not currently using CITIZEN TOKE or Duby signing up with both apps.

The same goes for branded MJ product companies like Snoop Dogg and OpenVape

Duby and CITIZEN TOKE is a Dream partnership for each party and in these types of profit cycle situations, both parties are very motivated to make it work because the benefit is equal
