WTF KCG Americas is in, clank then the're out? What's up Primco Management inc?

My understanding is that KCG is a successful Market Maker. Was it an aborted dumpster dive here -- yuck, no way! -- as they reviewed the history of this fine American company?

Only a reckless idiot would do a fake news filing ... it takes time, $ and effort to cook up and file a 13(g) flip like this. I am not completely convinced it's all false, as I do own shares here and it's interesting to see action of any type.

Maybe I should click my heals three times and say, "There's no place like home."
